Refund Policy

At Dare to Be Hot, we want you to feel confident about your purchase. This Refund Policy explains when you may be eligible for a refund and under what conditions.

1. Digital Products (Printables, Worksheets, Online Courses)

  • Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the file or course has been delivered.

  • Refunds are not available for digital downloads or courses that have been accessed, unless required by law.

  • If you experience technical issues with your file or access, please contact us at compliance@daretobehot.com, and we will assist you.

2. Events & Workshops

  • Cancellations by you:

    • Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event: full refund (minus any payment processing fees).

    • Cancellations made 15–30 days before the event: 50% refund.

    • Cancellations made less than 15 days before the event: non-refundable.

  • Cancellations by us:

    • If an event or workshop is canceled or rescheduled by Dare to Be Hot, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your ticket to a future event.

3. Coaching Services

  • Coaching sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

  • Packages (multiple sessions) are non-refundable once started, but rescheduling is possible with prior notice.

4. Physical Products (if applicable in future)

  • If we offer physical goods, refunds will be available for defective or damaged items within 14 days of receipt.

  • Customers must contact us before returning an item. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the product is defective.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at compliance@daretobehot.com with:

  • Your name

  • Order number or booking reference

  • Reason for the refund request

We will review your request and reply within 7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

6. Exceptions

Refunds may be denied if:

  • The product has already been downloaded or accessed.

  • The event or coaching service was missed without prior notice.

  • The request does not comply with the timelines outlined above.
